At SingaporeDigitalCard.com ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.

1. Our Service

SingaporeDigitalCard is an independent, paid assistance service that helps travelers prepare the Singapore SG Arrival Card and submits it to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) on their behalf. Our fee covers the review, processing, and submission services described in our Terms of Service — it is not a government fee. The official SG Arrival Card is free on ICA's website and in the MyICA mobile app.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

2. Full Refund — Before Processing Begins

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• Your SG Arrival Card has not yet been submitted to ICA, and
• You cancel within 24 hours of payment, or at any time before our team begins processing your order

We submit only within ICA's submission window, which opens 3 days before arrival, so an order paid for earlier is not submitted to ICA before the window opens.

To request a refund in this window, email us immediately at support@singaporedigitalcard.com with your order reference.

3. Partial Refund — Processing Has Begun

If our team has already begun reviewing your order but it has not yet been submitted to ICA, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% at our discretion.

4. No Refund — After Submission

Once your SG Arrival Card has been submitted to ICA, no refund is available. This is because:

• Our service (review, error checking, formatting, submission) has been fully performed
• ICA's system does not allow a submitted SG Arrival Card to be withdrawn
• Your SG Arrival Card has been submitted, and ICA's acknowledgement is made available to you through order tracking

For an order with several travelers, a traveler whose SG Arrival Card has not yet been submitted is assessed under sections 2 and 3.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue a full or partial refund outside the above policy in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order
• System error: If a technical error on our end prevented your order from being processed
• Service failure: If we fail to submit your SG Arrival Card within the turnaround of your selected service speed (Standard, Priority or Ultra Premium, as shown on our Pricing page and at checkout, counted from payment or from the opening of ICA's submission window, whichever is later) and the delay is caused by our service, not by ICA system issues or by waiting for information or confirmation from you

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

• Submissions rejected or queried by ICA due to inaccurate information you provided
• Change of travel plans after submission
• Duplicate orders submitted intentionally
• Dissatisfaction with Singapore immigration policies or entry decisions
• Government system outages or maintenance beyond our control

7. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@singaporedigitalcard.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order Reference]
2. Include your name, the email address used for the order, and the reason for the refund
3. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours

A request is not confirmation of a refund. You can follow the payment and refund status through order tracking.

8. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe)
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency shown at checkout

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Contest the chargeback with documentation of services rendered
• Suspend any pending orders
• Decline future service

We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve most issues within 48 hours.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
