Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SingaporeDigitalCard.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

SingaporeDigitalCard is an independent, paid assistance service. We help travelers prepare the Singapore SG Arrival Card (SGAC) and, on their instruction, submit it to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) through ICA's official SG Arrival Card channel.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ICA, the Singapore Government, or any official government authority. The official SG Arrival Card is available free of charge on ICA's website and in the MyICA mobile app. Our charge is for our assistance only; it is not a government fee. The SG Arrival Card is not a visa.

2. Service Scope

• We assist foreign visitors, including holders of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter, who clear Singapore immigration.
• Singapore citizens, permanent residents, long-term pass holders and Malaysian nationals are outside our service and are directed to ICA's free official service.
• Travelers who transit Singapore without clearing immigration do not need an SG Arrival Card.
• One order covers 1 to 10 travelers arriving in Singapore on the same date.
• We check eligibility for every traveler before payment. Passing our check is not a visa, entry or ICA decision.

3. What We Provide

Our service fee covers:

• A guided application form in multiple languages, where you review each traveler's details before payment
• An eligibility check for every traveler before payment
• Review of your order by our team before it is submitted
• Submission of each traveler's SG Arrival Card to ICA within ICA's submission window
• Email updates on your order, including a request to confirm health answers when ICA's window opens, where needed
• Secure order tracking to correct details before submission, request a correction after it, and download ICA's acknowledgement once it is available
• Email customer support
• Processing within the turnaround of your selected service speed (Standard: 24 hours, Priority: 12 hours, Ultra Premium: 4 hours), as also shown on our Pricing page and at checkout, counted as described in section 7

4. What We Do NOT Guarantee

• Entry into Singapore. The SG Arrival Card is a pre-arrival declaration, not a visa. Final entry decisions are at the sole discretion of Singapore's immigration officers.
• Acceptance by ICA. While we review for errors, ICA may reject or query a submission for reasons beyond our control.
• ICA's systems. We cannot control the availability of ICA's systems.
• Visa or immigration advice. We provide general information only. For visa-specific questions, consult ICA or a Singapore overseas mission.

5. Eligibility and Authority to Act

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. Parents or legal guardians may submit orders on behalf of minors.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act for every traveler in it, that each traveler has read and accepted ICA's declaration (or that you accept it on their behalf with their permission), and you authorize us to submit their SG Arrival Card to ICA on their behalf. ICA's declaration explains that a traveler for whom someone else submits the card is treated as having submitted it, and that a person who submits for someone else may be liable for abetting a false declaration.

6. Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information for every traveler, including the health declaration. Making a false, inaccurate or incomplete declaration on the SG Arrival Card is an offence under Singapore law. If a traveler's details, health or travel history change before arrival, the declaration must be updated before arrival. We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.

7. Submission Window and Processing Times

• ICA accepts the SG Arrival Card from 3 days before arrival, including the arrival day (Singapore date). You can order earlier; we submit within ICA's window, never before it opens.
• Each service speed has a turnaround, which runs from payment or from the opening of ICA's submission window, whichever is later:
  • Standard: submitted within 24 hours
  • Priority: submitted within 12 hours
  • Ultra Premium: submitted within 4 hours
• If you order before ICA's window opens, we ask you to confirm each traveler's health answers again once it opens, and we cannot submit until you do. Time spent waiting for information or confirmation from you does not count toward the turnaround.

Processing times are best-effort targets. We work to meet them, but they are not legally binding guarantees. In the event of ICA system outages or maintenance, processing may be delayed. A faster service speed applies to our assistance only; it does not speed up ICA processing or immigration clearance.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless checkout shows another currency, and are inclusive of our service fee
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
• Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout
• Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your payment applies
• Additional travelers are charged at the rate displayed during checkout
• Payment alone does not confirm submission to ICA

9. Corrections

Before your SG Arrival Card is submitted, you can correct details through order tracking. After submission, ICA does not allow some details, such as the arrival date or passport, to be changed; you can request a correction through order tracking, and where ICA requires a new submission we will arrange a replacement declaration.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on SingaporeDigitalCard.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for actions taken by ICA or Singapore's immigration authorities
• We are not liable for delays caused by ICA system outages

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

13. Order Access and Account Security

Your order is protected by your order reference, the email address you used and private tracking links. Keep your tracking links and verification codes private; anyone who has them may be able to view or change your order. Notify us immediately at support@singaporedigitalcard.com if you believe someone has accessed your order without permission.

If you create an admin or staff account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

14. Prohibited Uses

Search engines and legitimate AI agents may discover our public pages. You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or intentionally false applications
• Access customer data without authorization, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use abusive automation against our service, or place orders or payments without the permission of the person concerned
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell our service without written authorization

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SingaporeDigitalCard operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
