Prepare each traveler's passport, contact details, arrival and departure details, transport, accommodation in Singapore and answers to ICA's health questions.
We assist foreign visitors, including In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter holders, who clear Singapore immigration. Singapore citizens, permanent residents, long-term pass holders and Malaysian nationals use ICA's free service directly. Travelers transiting without clearing immigration do not need an SG Arrival Card. Eligibility is checked for every traveler before payment.
ICA accepts the SG Arrival Card from 3 days before arrival, including the arrival day (Singapore date). You can prepare earlier; we file within the window, not before.
ICA asks every traveler health and travel-history questions. Answers are filed exactly as given and never change eligibility or price. We do not give medical advice. If anything changes before arrival, the declaration must be updated.
Enter and review each traveler's details and ICA's declaration. Review the assistance price before paying. Payment alone does not confirm filing with ICA.
The SG Arrival Card is not a visa and does not guarantee entry to Singapore. Immigration officers decide on arrival.
Open order tracking to correct details before filing, or to request a change after filing. Some details, such as the arrival date and passport, cannot be changed on a submitted card and need a new submission.
Use your order reference (it starts with SDC-) and the email address you used. Check your confirmation email and spam folder. Never share your private tracking link.
Contact support with your order reference and explain what you need. Do not send payment card details or private access links.
