When can I submit?

ICA accepts the SG Arrival Card from 3 days before arrival, including the arrival day (Singapore date). You can prepare earlier; we file within the window, not before.

How It Works

  1. Prepare each traveler's passport, contact details, arrival and departure details, transport, accommodation in Singapore and answers to ICA's health questions.
  2. Enter and review each traveler's details and ICA's declaration. Review the assistance price before paying. Payment alone does not confirm filing with ICA.
  3. We file within each traveler's submission window. When ICA's acknowledgement is available, download the current version through secure order tracking.

Who can use this service?

We assist foreign visitors, including In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter holders, who clear Singapore immigration. Singapore citizens, permanent residents, long-term pass holders and Malaysian nationals use ICA's free service directly. Travelers transiting without clearing immigration do not need an SG Arrival Card. Eligibility is checked for every traveler before payment.

Health declaration

ICA asks every traveler health and travel-history questions. Answers are filed exactly as given and never change eligibility or price. We do not give medical advice. If anything changes before arrival, the declaration must be updated.
